More than 70 years removed from the end of World War II, the Holocaust Survivor community is becoming fewer and fewer. Transfer of Memory serves as David Sherman's contribution to respectfully and beautifully preserving Survivors' witness to the horrors of the Holocaust by portrait, by name and by story.
Transfer of Memory is a touring exhibition that is available to visit schools, religious institutions, community centers, galleries and museums throughout the United States. The project, sponsored by the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and the Dakotas, includes powerful written text by Lili Chester.
If you would like to learn more about this exhibition—including how to host Transfer of Memory in your city or how to include your own portrait—please navigate to www.transferofmemory.org or email David at firstname.lastname@example.org.
